By downloading or using FlexiTrack, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

FlexiTrack is a work hours tracking app for iOS. It allows you to log work sessions, view statistics, and export reports. The app stores all data locally on your device.

Use of the App

FlexiTrack is provided for personal, non-commercial use as a tool to help you track your work hours. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app or any part of it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the app. FlexiTrack is a logging tool and does not verify the correctness of your entries.

FlexiTrack Pro

FlexiTrack offers a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional features including custom theme colors, unlimited work locations, PDF/CSV export, and a home screen widget.

This purchase is non-consumable, meaning you buy it once and it remains unlocked permanently. The purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

FlexiTrack, its design, code, and content are owned by ProgoLabs. All rights reserved. The FlexiTrack name and logo are trademarks of ProgoLabs.

Data & Privacy

Your data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

FlexiTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. FlexiTrack is not a substitute for official timekeeping systems required by law or your employer.

We are not liable for any loss of data, inaccurate records, or any damages resulting from the use of the app. Since all data is stored locally, it is your responsibility to maintain backups of your device.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProgoLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FlexiTrack.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FlexiTrack after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
