Your Privacy Matters

FlexiTrack is designed with privacy at its core. We believe your work data is personal, and we've built the app to keep it that way.

Data Storage

All your data — work sessions, locations, settings, and preferences — is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data to external servers.

Your data never leaves your iPhone. There is no cloud sync, no user accounts, and no remote database.

Data We Do Not Collect

FlexiTrack does not collect any of the following:

Personal information (name, email, phone number) · Location data · Usage analytics or tracking · Advertising identifiers · Browsing or search history · Contact information · Health or fitness data · Financial information (beyond the App Store purchase)

In-App Purchases

FlexiTrack offers a one-time in-app purchase (FlexiTrack Pro) processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. All transactions are handled by Apple under their privacy policy.

Third-Party Services

FlexiTrack does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app uses only Apple's native frameworks (SwiftUI, SwiftData, StoreKit).

Home Screen Widget

The FlexiTrack widget displays your work hours on your home screen. This data is shared between the app and the widget using a local App Group container on your device. No data is sent externally.

PDF & CSV Export

When you export your work hours as PDF or CSV, the files are generated locally on your device. You choose how and where to share them using iOS's built-in share sheet. We have no access to exported files.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all FlexiTrack data at any time by deleting the app. No data remains on any server because no data was ever sent to one.

Children's Privacy

FlexiTrack does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since the app does not collect any personal data from any user, this applies equally to users of all ages.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this privacy policy, the changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Since FlexiTrack does not collect data, significant changes are unlikely.
